Graduate Survey

Graduate survey is a follow up process conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education to obtain systematic and reliable data on graduate employment, knowledge, skills and competencies required by the labor market.

The survey invites graduates of a specific calendar year (s) who studied in local HEIs and graduates of international universities, and it invites graduates holders of different levels of qualifications (i.e. Diplomas, Bachelors, Masters, PhD).

Employer Survey

Employer Survey is a period process of monitoring and identifying labor market needs of graduates. It surveys employers’ evaluations of graduates’ skills and performance in workplace. It provides feedback to Higher Education Institutions on graduate Employability, skills they lack and type of training they undergo after being employed.
The survey invite CEOs or HR managers in the private sector to participate. The target sample will be contacted via phone calls, sms and E-mails to participate in the online questionnaire.

Female Empowerment Survey

It is a survey of females’ perspectives about working in the Oil and Gas Sector. The Female empowerment survey is one phase of the three phases co-operation agreement between the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHERI) and Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL).
It collects data on three topics namely; (1) personal information, (2) education, and (3) job experiences.
It targets three categories of females: (1) those who are currently working in the sector, (2) those who have resigned, (3) those who had ap-plied to the sector but rejected job offers.
